Why go with our high-quality, custom water systems?

  • Drinkable, pure water from every faucet in your home

Typical off-the-shelf or mail-order systems are made from low quality components and use cheap media inside of the systems. Our whole-house systems are built out using only the highest quality materials made in the U.S. We use WQA Gold Seal standard resins and media, so your water is not only contaminant-free but delicious and drinkable from every faucet.

We only use the best of the best, including components from: Clack, Resintech, Aquatrol, Metsorb, Polaris, Hydrosplash, and more.

  • Built to your unique water situation and usage

We test your water using commercial-level drinking water analysis kits (La Motte) and train our team on water chemistry, treatment and contaminant removal. We’ll determine the correct treatment needs, system size and appropriate installation for your specific situation. Longevity systems are never one-size-fits-all. Our team is led by certified water quality experts and we regularly consult with engineers and experts from around the country on our customers’ water needs.

  • Soft water that’s not salty or slimy

We hear it all of the time, “soft water doesn’t taste good” or “we don’t want to drink soft water.” The truth is that most water softeners are built with cheap materials and resin and make your water taste and feel terrible. Not the case with Longevity systems! We build out the softeners so that the water not only tastes amazing, but feels great, too.

  • Expert Customer Service

We are a locally-owned small business and we take pride in our products and our work. We offer salt service, system checks, water testing and general water expertise to our customers and are always happy to help with any questions or concerns. We want you to have the best water for your family!

  • We don’t over promise and under deliver

We come across a lot of snake oil systems out in the wild, claiming to use a single simple technology to solve all of your water issues. As WQA wate experts we can confidently say there is no one-size-fits-all water treatment systems out there. We will always shoot straight and suggest solutions than are tried and true without overselling you on things you don’t need.

  • We work on private wells

Well water households are uniquely affected by their close proximity to farming operations, landfills, livestock operations, industrial run-offs, landfills, and more. This can mean agricultural chemicals, heavy trace metals, bacteria, and other pathogens in your water supply.

Longevity of your health

The short- and long-term health effects of all of these contaminants is well documented and far-reaching. The EPA and NIH have set minimum standards for many contaminants, but standards have lagged far behind acceptable health standards. Groups such as EWG.org are a good source of information regarding the dangers of drinking water contamination across the U.S.

Our high-contaminant systems are specifically designed and built to remove the worst-of-the-worst contamination. We use a variety of technologies, including ion exchange, anion exchange, carbon filtration (HAC, GAC, Bone Char, etc.), ultra-violet sterilization, oxidation, reverse osmosis (POU and whole-house), sediment filtration, and more.

Longevity of your home

In the western U.S., particularly in Utah, Arizona and Nevada, water hardness and contamination is a major detriment to the pipes, fixtures, and appliances in the home. Use of hard water may void the warranty of your dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine or water heater due to its corrosive nature. Tankless water heaters, specifically, are susceptible to damage from hard water.

A high-quality system like one from Longevity means savings across the entire household:

  • 2-3x increase in appliance lifespan

  • 33% drop in water appliance energy usage

  • 25% drop in water heating costs

  • 45% less detergent and cleaning chemical use

  • 40% less salt use (on softeners)

  • Reduced scale buildup on faucets and fixtures

  • Less staining from hard water

Why treat all of the water and not just the drinking water tap?

As far as water contamination goes, is it important to treat the whole house or can you just treat one faucet to drink from?

While your drinking water is our number one priority, the water you drink isn’t the only water that affects your health. Water contaminants enter your body through your mucus membranes and  skin absorption in higher concentrations than you might think.

Mucus membranes:

The thin, moist lining of many parts of the body such as the nose, throat, eyes, and ears are susceptible to water contamination. Showers, baths, face washing, and other home water uses can transfer contaminants into the body.

Skin Absorption:

The National Institute of Health and other published literature has revealed that “skin penetration rates for solvents are remarkably high, and that the stratum corneum is a less effective barrier to penetration than traditionally assumed.” Your skin can absorb 20-30% of the water it comes in contact with and some research suggests it can take in almost a full liter in an hour! Bacteria and dissolved contaminants are often absorbed with the water.
